We are excited to announce the third annual Suffolk Earth and Arts Festival on April 27, 2019! Last year’s event was a success; our goal of celebrating local culture by promoting local artists, musicians, and growers was well achieved with 4,000 people in attendance! This year’s festival will include local artists, makers, and growers as well as other green minded organizations displaying, educating and selling their work. In addition, the Suffolk Master Gardeners will again be holding their annual plant sale at the event. There will be instructional presentations to participate in throughout the day for adults and hands on activities for children as well as local food and live music.
Proceeds from this event will support our mission to grow a community of gardeners, artists, musicians and Suffolk residents who embrace Suffolk’s distinctive character. We will also be giving a portion of our proceeds to Keep Suffolk Beautiful (An affiliate of Keep America Beautiful) an organization dedicated to promoting public interest in the general improvement of our environment through litter control, recycling, and beautification of our city.
We sincerely ask you to consider supporting our cause. This year our campaign goal is $25,000. Funds from the campaign will be used to expand and enhance our 2019 festival and programs. Your donation will be acknowledged in several ways; inclusion of your logo in promo materials, a booth at the Suffolk Earth & Arts festival, and 2019 Suffolk Earth & Arts logo wear.
We are proud to be recognized as a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, so your donation will be tax deductible. Our organization relies on the support of generous donors like you.
